How It All Began...
Hi! Cash here! I am a certified yoga teacher and nutrition coach that teaches the practice of mindfulness and restorative self-care.
My virtual studio, Cashemawo Wellness offers weekly 30-minute yoga classes, nutrition courses and mindset courses to help my clients reach the most optimal level of health.
I also create daily affirmation card sets to help people reprogram negative thought patterns in order to think more positively each day!
I teach my clients how to fall in love with their bodies while transforming their minds to think more positively for the long run. It’s not just about a quick fix!
My passion for this business began in my own experience as I grew up overweight and for the first 22 years of my life I struggled with obesity, self image issues and using food as a comfort.
My personal journey has definitely been a slow and steady marathon. I took it bit by bit. First I started walking, then jogging, a year and half later I changed some of my bad eating habits.
After about 2 years, I was down over 70lbs and I started getting more serious about my workouts, I dialed in my nutrition, and 5 years later, I got certified as a yoga teacher, and competed in my first and second bodybuilding competition.
I wanted to help other women experience the same amazing change that I did. I wanted to show them that they didn’t have to sacrifice their entire life just to feel comfortable in their skin.
All it took was consistent healthy eating habits, consistent exercise and accountability. Those 3 things changed everything for me and it’s been wonderful to watch my clients do the same things and get the same results!
